Scan stuck at 0%

  • Check PHP memory limit (need 256MB+)
  • Check max_execution_time (need 60s+)
  • Try scanning fewer URLs (Premium setting)

Scan completes but no issues found

  • Verify the site is loading correctly
  • Check for maintenance mode
  • Look for redirect loops

Timeout errors

  • Increase PHP max_execution_time
  • Enable "Background processing" in settings
  • Contact hosting for server limits

Common Issues

"Permission denied" errors

  • Check file permissions (755 for folders, 644 for files)
  • Verify wp-content is writable
  • Contact hosting if using hardened security

Auto-fix not working

  • Verify Premium license is active
  • Check that backups folder is writable
  • Look for plugin conflicts

Missing issues

  • Some checks only run on specific page types
