Yes. Geography is rarely a constraint for development assignments — work happens digitally with clear communication and continuous check-ins. Local clients in Kalmar and Småland are also welcome to meet in person when needed.
Pihlfelt is not an agency with salespeople, project managers and an in-house design team. Instead it is a senior developer with more than ten years of experience taking technical responsibility — often in partnership with agencies that own the client relationship and the creative work. For smaller clients who need a turnkey solution it also works, but then the focus is on the technical craft rather than a large production apparatus.
Yes. The primary focus is Sweden — and especially Kalmar and Småland where a large share of clients are based — but Nordic and international engagements are just as natural a part of the business. Many of the technical projects are run in English, both in communication and in code. That means a design agency in Copenhagen, a marketing team in Oslo, a startup in Berlin or a SaaS company in London works just as well as a client in Kalmar. The project drives the geography, not us.
